Advanced Technology

When you seek care at our office, you are assured that Dr. Solar and his team utilize the latest in technology to enhance the quality of your dental care.

Precision Dentistry

Dr. Solar uses high powered magnifying loupes while treating his patients.
This allows Dr. Solar to accomplish precision dental work that can not be accomplished without magnification and intense lighting. The success of dental work relies on this precision.

Intraoral Camera

Our office utilizes intraoral camera technology that helps enhance your understanding of your diagnosis. An intraoral camera is a very small camera that allows us to view clear, enlarged images of your mouth, teeth and gums, in order to accurately make a diagnosis.

Digital Radiography (X-ray)

Digital radiography is used at our practice.  This results in dramatically less exposure to the patient and the highest quality images for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Dental Cone Beam CT Scan (3 Dimensional Scan)

This scan produces extremely accurate three dimensional images of the jaws, teeth, TMJ, and sinuses. This information can be used to check for pathology, evaluate trauma, and to measure available bone for dental implants. It can also be used to fabricate implant placement guides. These guides are used to insure greater precision and safe placement of dental implants.

Dental  Laser

The diode laser can be used to perform procedures on the gums that heal quickly and comfortably. It can also be used to help speed the healing of cold and canker sores.

 Cerec ( One Appointment Dentistry)

Porcelain crowns, veneers, on-lays and inlays can be fabricated (most cases)  in one appointment.  The process involves taking a digital scan, which is far more accurate than a traditional impression. Also a temporary crown is not necessary because the procedure is completed that same appointment.
